My magazine is a small local magazine; this means it would probably have a small publisher. The Publisher would be H2 Creative Media Ltd. H2 Creative is a local publisher which is located in Beacon Park, Gorleston.
There would are advantages of having a small local publisher because the publisher would be aware of the local scene and things going on. Also having a local publisher would make it a real local magazine and it would have reliable sources of local events etc. My magazine is very unique and there isn’t another magazine similar to mine published by H2. My magazine is only going on sale around East Anglia so there no point going for a large publisher because going with a large publisher can affect your editorial independence.
EP Tunes is going to have sister magazines in other areas of England for example there will be a magazine in the East Midlands and it will be called EM Tunes. EP Tunes lends itself to being franchised around the country; its likely small publishers would want to take on EM Tunes and other Tunes Magazines.
