How does your media product represent particular social groups?

This is a similar magazine that uses a similar image on the front page. The NME magazine is a similar style of magazine and has the same target audience. The two people are wearing similar clothes and their hair is almost the same. The facial expressions of both characters are serious. I am speaking about local events and music and i am representing East Anglia. This will help my audience realise my magazine is targeting the regional audience and mostly males due to the number of images and articles covered. I also had to think about the choice of articles and content to reflect the interests and needs of my audience, this is why I chose to do an article related to drugs. I gave positive support and positive representation of the artist and the readers of the magazine because I wanted them to feel part of the magazine instead of feeling alienated.
